Chuck and Joanna Warren with their two sons moved to Flagler County in 1980. They left a family owned real estate business in Ithaca NY and wanted take a sabbatical to try living elsewhere for a short while. The short while has turned into 28 years of living and working in the paradise known as Flagler County. Chuck started his Florida real estate career by working for the ITT Community Development Corporation in their resale and rental division. He has a very unique perspective on Palm Coast having worked for the developer. He has been able to inform and educate not only many of his outstanding sales associates but they can impart much of this information to their clients and customers. This is the foundation of their corporate philosophy - profit from our experience. When ITT announced their ceasing of operations in 1994, Chuck and Joanna decided it was time to strike out on their own. Warren Real Estate opened its doors in 1995. In 1998 they merged with the local Prudential Real Estate office becoming one of the leading real estate offices in Flagler County. I would love to show you a special part of Florida I discovered about 5 years ago. Flagler Beach and Palm Coast, with a population of around 70,000 you can enjoy the beach without crowds, drive around town without traffic congestion, go to a restaurant without waiting for an hour. Located a half hour south of historic St. Augustine and a half hour north of famous Daytona Beach with Interstate 95 running through the middle, getting out of town to the airport and attractions of Orlando and the space coast is quick and easy.

Relocating from the Seattle area I wanted to say Good Bye to grey days, wake up to sunny skies, and get out of the rat race. My extensive background in medical office management gave me valuable skills to apply to my real estate career. I am a full time Realtor and enjoy the satisfaction of working with others to find their 'special place' in Flagler Beach or Palm Coast... Beaches, Boating, Golf, Affordable homes this area offers it all. Seeing beautiful houses, being outside, meeting interesting people from all over the world !!! what's not to like about this job.

Tim Kennelly RRS

Tim began his real estate career in 1978 as an agent in Connecticut. In 1980, Tim became a broker and started his own brokerage firm in 1985.

Beginning in 1990 Tim was appointed as Connecticut's "Full Service" broker for ITT, which founded Palm Coast. In that capacity, Tim serviced over 1100 Palm Coast owners. In 1999, Tim sold his company and moved to Palm Coast and joined the Prudential Warren team.

Coming to Flagler County in 1990, I had worked for ITT-CDC, the developer of Palm Coast, in its Fairfax, Virginia, sales office and continued to work in one of the marketing arms of ITT for Hammock Dunes. I left Palm Coast in 1993and returned to live Maryland and again worked in sales from the Fairfax office. Returning to Palm Coast in 1995, I hold a Broker Associate's license and have worked with Prudential Warren Real Estate for over ten years, earning my Fine Homes Specialist designation in 2001.

My husband and I were visiting friends in Palm Coast 1994, running away from a miserable February in New Jersey and discovered paradise! The abundant lush greenery, palm trees, pine trees and all the tropical flowers, we had fallen in love. We decided to buy property here and build our next home as my husband was planning to retire a couple of years later. We moved down here in 1998 and we have loved it since and are enjoying every moment of it. No more shoveling snow, sitting in traffic, waiting in lines everywhere, it was a nice change of pace.

Through my many years living in the Metropolitan New York area, and with my husband's many contacts with the International business world, I have acquired an extensive source of leads throughout the world, and my fluency in many languages such as French, English, Arabic as well as some Italian, I am able to help all.

I had been a realtor in New Jersey since 1986 and when we moved here, I thought I was going to retire too, but after a year I realize how much I had missed the contact with people and the satisfaction of finding buyers their "dream home" and enabling sellers to move on.

Searching in Florida for the perfect place to retire we visited a lot of nice communities and lovely developments in the south of Florida. Returning from Boca Raton and driving back to Westchester, New York, we stopped for lunch in Palm Coast. Well, the temperatures were just perfect, seven degrees less than Boca, less humidity, beautiful blue sky, white and wide packed sandy beaches. An after lunch ride along the beach, driving through the marsh towards Ormond Beach under a canopy of the most gorgeous old oak trees, lush vegetation on both sides. This was old Florida! We were home!

I was born, raised and educated in Germany, I became a Realtor in 2001. At that time I joined Prudential Warren Real Estate. In the meantime I have become an experienced Real Estate Professional.
